FAQs
Technically you don’t need any extra equipment. The program comes with high quality Fabric Booty Bands which are essential and our amazing instructor Tilli will give you options for all exercises to perform without equipment. However, you will see sliders, a skipping rope, and a light set of dumbbells being used during the program, most of which is available to purchase on our equipment page.
You can start whenever you want but we suggest starting on a Monday. The HIIT Pilates program consists of 3 x workouts a week so you can choose which day to start but we feel Mondays always work best.
Our HIIT Pilates program is a lifestyle program and we don’t have a nutrition plan that you need to follow. However, you will have access to over 800 delicious, healthy recipes in the lifestyle section of our app.
