The FK Method

Our workouts are designed to be completed every minute on the minute – this will make sure you are completing the right amount of reps during each set within a certain time frame. In just 18 minutes, you’ll complete your entire workout, with 3 levels of fitness to choose from. So you can work out at your pace, leaving no room for failure.

Phase one of the guide is the most important phase removing unhealthy toxins from your body – so you’ll see real results in just 7 days. Talk about motivation for the next two phases.

Don’t stress about what to eat – we’ve done the hard work for you, providing you with a detailed food guide, so you’ll always be prepared! The recipes are super simple (and tasty), using ingredients that are accessible and easily adjusted to any type of dietary requirement – just ask our in-house nutritionist.
